Empowerment Through Education was invited as an honourary guest to the function held by The Echo on the 23rd of October and The Echo announced that our organisation had been chosen as one of their beneficiary charities. They showed their support for education in our community by donating R10 000 towards the children of E-T-E and encouraged their own followers to support our cause as well.
We are very glad to have the support of The Echo seeing that it is a community newspapers for our specific area and we are always excited to have news about our organisation published as we would like as many people in our community to know about E-T-E as possible and hopefully be encouraged to make a difference as well.
This is a great encouragement to us and we are very grateful.
