Congratulations to former unemployed school leave Ramonde Saunders who has now completed her Level 5 Early Child Development or ECD qualification, and is permanently employed as a full time teacher at Green Curtains Pre-School in Ocean View, Cape Town.

The Echo Newspaper of Fish Hoek Valley celebrated their 60th anniversary with a wonderful evening at the Cape Point Vineyards on the 23rd of October 2013. Empowerment Through Education was invited as an honourary guest and a donation was given to us by the Echo.
Next year the E-T-E program is bringing Wendy Holmgren on board as a personal overseer of the the E-T-E children and introducing new and exciting initiatives for the children.
